I love to run, for myself. Just in the evening. It is like a meditation. But this year I decided to give it a meaning and join the team of blasphemers of the BF Kotototika. The Foundation helps shelters in Moscow and the Moscow region, conducts lessons of kindness in schools, and also arranges all sorts of events and activities. And at Katototek lives a dog named Nochka. And she is incredible! Smart, graceful and gentle, with a smooth shiny hair. The night is waiting for the day when she will be taken to the family. She is wonderful, ready to give her love, and most importantly, she wants to do it. Despite the fact that I really love all the wards of the foundation, Nochka has a special place in my heart. My goal is to run 200 km this year and help Nochka find the best parents. View more >>
